Terms of Service for ArtsCraft Services

Welcome to ArtsCraft Services! We offer our CRM services subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

1. Use of Service

ArtsCraft Services provides a CRM SaaS that you may use for your business purposes under this agreement. This service includes, but is not limited to, the use of our website, software, and documentation, which are provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access our CRM services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service, explains how we collect and use your information. By using the Service, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

4. Payments, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading Terms

  • A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
  • The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as determined by your subscription plan, and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
  • All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for the payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
  • For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.
  • All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is canceled.
  • ArtsCraft Services, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • ArtsCraft Services reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  • Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the ArtsCraft Services website or the Service itself.

7. Stripe Agreement

Payments processing services for users on ArtsCraft Services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms and by continuing to use ArtsCraft Services, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of ArtsCraft Services enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide ArtsCraft Services accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize ArtsCraft Services to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
